Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movement and meditation to build energy and promote good mental, physical and spiritual health. Whether you are new to Qigong or have experience, this series will accommodate participants of all levels, starting with a foundational practice and progressing into full-body movements.
