Description

iRest is a form of guided meditation based on the practice of Yoga Nidra. While sitting or lying down, you'll listen to the instructor’s calming prompts designed to soothe your nervous system, release stress and build resilience. This deeply restorative practice has been shown to ease chronic pain, improve sleep and support mental well-being, including symptoms associated with anxiety, depression and PTSD. This introductory workshop offers a welcoming space, whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.
