In the last 15 years, the rise of cell phone use has reshaped childhood in ways we’re only beginning to understand. The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt explores the impact of phone-based childhoods on children’s mental, emotional and physical health. In this three-session series, child psychologist Anne Uecker will present key insights from the book and provide space for reflection, conversation and strategy-building. Together, you’ll explore ways to support healthier childhoods in the digital age. Whether you’ve read the book or not, all are welcome to join!
