Experience one of the oldest forms of drumming. Frame drums are lightweight and easy to play. Drumming research shows that drumming makes our brains more efficient while also helping to strengthen our cancer killer cells. Drumming can also help with depression and anxiety. Beginners will learn three different ways to hold the drum, four basic drum strokes and how to play basic rhythms.
