We employ more than 4,000 people on a full- or part-time basis. Employment sites aren't limited to the Alfond Center for Health (ACH) in Augusta or Thayer Center for Health (TCH) in Waterville - but are scattered throughout the region at primary and specialty care offices, clinics, nursing homes and other locations.

More than 500 physicians and advance practitioners provide care at MaineGeneral - and we continue to grow daily! In addition to hospital campuses in Augusta and Waterville, our system includes two express care clinics and many primary care practices and specialty care clinics throughout the Kennebec Valley.
