Stress Types

  • Distress is the most commonly-referred to type of stress, having negative effects.
  • Eustress is a positive form of stress, usually related to desirable events in a person's life.

Increased stress increases productivity - up to a point, after which things rapidly deteriorate. That level differs for each of us. We all have to find the right amount of stress that allows us to make our daily lives pleasant.

You can learn how to use and transform stress to make it less destructive and you more productive.
