Becoming More Active


Want to feel better, have more energy and perhaps even live longer? Well, regular physical activity has many great health benefits.

As health and wellness professionals, we encourage you to be more active.

We recommend that you increase your heart rate for 30-60 minutes most days of the week.

Don't be intimidated! Give exercise and the gym a try. Many area gyms offer discounts to employees. Check out the discounts by going to the intranet home page and clicking on the link under "What's New."

Don't know how to use the equipment? Don't worry. Gym employees can assist you and most have their own personal trainer on staff.
