Our program's participants meet weekly with a lifestyle coach and a peer support group to learn needed skills to prevent diabetes.

 
You will:
  • Learn how to eat healthier and become more active
  • Learn to make your habits healthier
  • Get the long-term support you need for lasting changes. 
This free program can prevent diabetes by 58 to 71 percent! Classes meet weekly for 16 weeks, then monthly for six months. 

 
Program goals include a 7 percent weight loss and working up to 150 minutes of weekly physical activity.
