Community Health Needs Assessment
We work with other health systems in the state to learn more about community health needs in Maine and how we will plan and work to improve health outcomes. To find out more about the Community Health Needs Assessment, click here.
Our Prevention Center has special educators who can help you quit smoking, control your pre-diabetes, get more active and manage your chronic conditions. Our Healthy Living Resource Center offers many free and low-cost resources for mindful living.
