Chest Press:
Facing away, press forward.

   

Rows:
Facing toward door strap, pull back at chest level, squeeze shoulder blades together.

   


Chest Flys:
"Hug a tree" facing away, elbows slightly bent and locked.

   


Rear Deltoid Flys:
"Un-hug a tree," elbows slightly bent and locked.

   


Front Deltoid Raises:
Elbows slightly bent and locked, raise arms to sides parallel to floor.

   


Side Raises:
Elbows slightly bent and locked, raise arms to sides parallel to floor.
