Our team of professionals and volunteers works with physicians to ensure patients receive the care and support they need to live as independently as possible.
Our goal is to enhance the quality of patients' and family members' lives.
Our Services
Our services include:
- HomeCare Services that help people of all ages and medical conditions.
We assist those healing from surgery, recovering from an accident or illness or requiring help to maintain their independence and remain where they want to be — at home.
- Maine's first certified HealthReach Hospice Program, with a long tradition of providing compassionate care to individuals and families facing a life-threatening illness.
- Palliative Care, an ongoing program that focuses on relieving symptoms and improving quality of life.
- Rehabilitation Services provided to homebound and other patients who require treatment in the home for conditions that limit their functioning in the community.
