MGRNC at Gray Birch

MGRNC at Gray Birch provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, long-term care and assisted living options to the southern Kennebec Valley community.

We are located at 37 Gray Birch Drive in Augusta.

Only minutes away from the conveniences of Augusta, we are nestled in a quiet, wooded area.

Gray Birch is easy to get to and provides a beautiful, scenic living environment.

Many of our patients, in fact, have said that our peaceful setting has contributed greatly to their healing and recovery.

Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation
Our experienced, caring team of nurses and therapists are committed to offering patients the excellent care they need to return home as soon as possible.

We are dedicated to making every patient's stay a comfortable and successful one, while assisting them to regain independence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Assisted Living - The Residence
For those seniors who can function relatively independently, but require a supportive environment, Gray Birch offers The Residence at Gray Birch, a residential care community.

Long-term Nursing Care
Gray Birch also offers long-term nursing care.

Seniors requiring a longer stay in our facility and who need extensive assistance with their activities of daily life can choose to stay in our long-term care community.

A wide variety of person-centered choices and activities can be enjoyed on a daily basis.

The Gray Birch team is dedicated to taking care of the individual.
