Move More Replication Guide
The guide helps community groups plan, implement and promote a low-cost physical activity promotion and chronic disease self-management program tailored to specific community needs.

It was developed by Move More, a community group in Kennebec and Somerset counties that promotes and supports physical activity, healthy eating and chronic disease prevention and self-management.

MaineGeneral Medical Center has supported the program through staff time, printed materials and resources such as pedometers and incentive items for participants.

MGMC is the recipient of a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation® grant to develop the program for adults with type 2 diabetes.
